Volker specializes in manufacturing DI Water that meets ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) D1193-06 Type – I, II, III and IV specifications.
We not only producing different grades of water but we have reengineered our plant to eliminate impurities in water to achieve purity at molecular level and as per our customer specific requirements.
Our DI Water is manufactured as per customer specification to use in SVA, SATCOM systems and laser treatment machine.
We also produce special grade water to use in VBM, CNC, 5-Axis SPM machines producing Aeronautical and Special Precision Parts. Our specially produced DI Water when mixed with cutting oil increases the efficiency of machining by decreases tool wear and increasing tool life, giving better quality machined parts.
Product is packed as per standard customer requirements i.e. HDPE bottles and drums, Glass bottle etc.
